2003 Estate Chardonnay
2003 is a great vintage for Sonoma Chardonnay, especially from Green Valley and one that confirms that Iron Horse is mastering this variety. It exemplifies Green Valley with multi-layers of complexity, finesse and most importantly, exceptionally bright, exciting, zingy flavors that make you say "Wow!"
Food Pairing
This wine has a freshness and vivacity that makes it especially great with food. Enjoy with rainbow trout, sole, halibut with mushrooms and asparagus, salmon, steamed lobster, lemon roast chicken served with jasmine rice, veal, anything with a cream sauce, goat cheese, walnuts - in other words, as often as possible.
